Job Description:

The Computer Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing computer hardware and software issues for our clients. They will provide technical support, troubleshoot problems, and maintain computer systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems
  • Install and configure computer systems and software
  • Maintain computer systems and perform routine maintenance
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical degree or certification in computer repair, computer science, or a related field preferred
  • Experience repairing computers and providing technical support
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
