Job Description:

The Computer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients who are experiencing computer hardware or software issues. They will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems, and provide advice and training to clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Install and configure software and hardware for clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests
  • Provide training and advice to clients on the use of software and hardware
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical degree or certification in computer repair, computer science, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in providing technical support to end-users
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salary:
