Job Description:

The IT Helpdesk Support will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work independently, and have experience working in a helpdesk environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Install and configure software and hardware for end-users
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests and client interactions
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and network security
  • Provide training and advice to end-users on the use of software and hardware

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical degree or certification in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in providing technical support in a helpdesk environment
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
